I am in love with these La Chamba handmade, Columbian clay baking dishes from Williams Sonoma. Not only are the burnished clay baking dishes versatile — use them for slow-cooking slow-cooking casseroles and stews in the oven or on the stovetop for soup and rice dishes — they would also make a wonderful visual addition to the table or buffet for a variety of occasions. The organically shaped, matte black finish clayware would lend itself just as well to a Halloween dinner party table as it would to an outdoor, baked bean filled barbecue.
