Haul out the holly and deck those halls because it's Christmastime! Christmas is celebrated annually on December 25 and is widely celebrated all around the world as both a religious and secular holiday. Christians celebrate the holiday to honor the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, while non-Christians celebrate it as a secular, cultural, and/or winter festival.

Modern Christmas traditions include Christmas tree and light displays, gift giving, church services and celebrations, nativity scenes, stockings hung by the fire, mistletoe, and holly. And we can't forget the big guy himself: Santa Claus, also known as Father Christmas and St. Nicholas.
