Here Comes Peter Cottontail by Rankin Bass
I’m a die hard fan of pretty much anything by Rankin Bass and look forward to the Christmas specials every year, but I remember when Here Comes Peter Cottontail (1971) was shown every year at Easter time. I haven’t seen it for years, but I was so happy to find that it’s available on DVD because I don’t think it’s been on TV since the 80’s. The classic Easter special features voicework by Danny Kaye and Paul Frees, and it’s a great treat for the kids.
